Youth-Centric Programming is key to our work, through peer leadership the young advocates continue to work together to plan, manage and develop community radio programs that focus on issues that matter to young people in rural communities to influence policies for change.
FIRD in partnership with CERU with support from Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice held a round table conversation with Development Partners in and outside Uganda with the aim of harnessing the NextGen framework in Uganda towards the realization of Inter-generational solidary to end cycles of GBV.
The local Boda Boda coalition in Lira northern Uganda has played a great role in promoting riding as a means of advocating for safe transportation for women, girls and children. Celebrating the change agents as we create safe communities.
